Giving appreciated stock is a smart and easy way to make your contribution to Lupazoo. Below are the instructions on how to make a stock transfer to Lupazoo.

Instructions for Stock Transfers:
  1. Please contact Lupazoo Annual Fund Director or call (413)589-9883 to notify us of your gift. Please tell us:
    a. The name of the stock you are donating
    b. Number of shares
    c. Approximate value of the gift
    d. The name & number of your broker

  2. Give the following instructions to your broker:

  3. When Lupazoo receives confirmation of your stock we will send a written acknowledgement. The written acknowledgement will have the information you will need for your tax records.
