I recently purchased a membership, where are my cards?
Typically the processing time between when a membership is purchased and when your cards will arrive at your home in approximately four weeks. During the waiting period you can visit the zoo as a member by providing a photo ID and your membership purchase receipt or an online printout of your order. Plan to always check in at a membership booth when you do not have your membership card. If you have been waiting longer than four weeks you should contact the membership office.

I’ve lost my membership card, what should I do?
As a member, your photo ID will grant you admission into the zoo at any membership booth. During your next visit to the zoo simply show photo ID and let the staff know that you have lost your cards. At that point you can either renew your membership and new cards will be sent with the appropriate extended expiration date or you can pay a $5.00 replacement fee and new cards will be sent to your home with your current membership expiration date. Remember, without your membership card you may not be eligible for your 10% discount at the Zoo Store or member benefits with reciprocal zoos across the country.

How do I change the name of one or both of the members on my cards?
Membership cannot be transferred or refunded, however it is 100% tax deductible and greatly supports Lupazoo. Name changes can be made when you renew your membership for another year. Your renewal date is listed on the back of each membership card. You can certainly renew your membership early and make the changes necessary, however we would ask that you turn in your existing cards at that time. Shortly thereafter new cards would be mailed out to you with the correct names and the new expiration date would apply.

How do I redeem my gift certificate?
Simply bring your gift certificate to any admissions gate and your membership will be processed. You will be asked to fill out the appropriate form and you can expect your membership cards to be mailed out to you in approximately four weeks. In the meantime, you will receive a receipt indicating that you have purchased a membership using your gift certificate. This receipt, along with your photo ID, will gain your entrance into the zoo as a member.

If your gift certificate has expired it may still be redeemable, simply bring the gift certificate with you and visit any membership booth the next time you come to the Zoo. Please know that if membership costs have been adjusted since the certificate was purchased, you will be asked to pay the difference in price.
