If you would like to speak to someone personally, please
call the membership department at (413) 583-8370 between
the hours of 9:00 AM PST and 5:00 PM PST or you may email
them directly at membership@lupazoo.org.
Please
note:
*For new/renewal memberships, please allow up to 6 weeks
for your cards to arrive by mail.
*For new gift memberships, a certificate will be mailed
to you or the gift recipient within 1 to 2 weeks. (Recipients
must be 18+ years of age).
*For gift renewals, a renewal notice will be immediately
sent to you or the gift recipient followed by permanent
cards in up to 6 weeks.
